Domestic Shipping
All orders include fully insured shipping and signature confirmation for security and peace of mind. Ready-to-ship pieces are typically processed within 2–5 business days, while custom and made-to-order jewelry may require additional production time.

Custom Orders
Custom jewelry timelines vary depending on stone sourcing, design complexity, and craftsmanship requirements. Estimated completion timelines will be provided during your Diamond Consultation.

International Shipping
We proudly offer worldwide shipping for select locations. International clients are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Each order is carefully packaged in our signature presentation for an elevated unboxing experience.
 
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized and exclusive nature of our jewelry, all custom, resized, and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
 
We may accept returns on eligible ready-to-ship items within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
 
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
